What I led

From deployment strategy through GoLive

Deployment strategy and multi-site migration

Directed the rebuild of the digital infrastructure on Webflow, sequencing seven sites from platform selection and information architecture through content migration, QA, and GoLive.

Governance and security standards

Established publishing governance, role-based access, review and approval workflows, and security standards reviewed with cybersecurity before each launch.

Performance and measurement standards

Set page performance, accessibility, and SEO baselines, with analytics instrumented so engagement and pipeline contribution could be tracked after launch.

Cross-functional partnership

Partnered across strategy, design, engineering, cybersecurity, and marketing so a single scalable platform served every team without reintroducing agency bottlenecks.

The go-live checklist applied to every site

I built a standard go-live checklist and ran each of the seven launches against it, with an owner and a status on every task. Names and internal dates are removed here; this is a sanitized view of the structure.

01

Pre go-live configuration

  • Verify DNS propagation timeframes and TTL settings
  • Test the domain in staging before final propagation
  • Build a mapping document for 301 redirects from old to new URLs
  • Test key redirects, then submit updated sitemaps to search tools

02

Final SEO review

  • Titles and descriptions checked against length limits
  • Missing metadata identified and resolved
  • Descriptive alt text on images
  • Canonical tags tested on duplicate or near-duplicate pages
  • robots.txt confirmed not blocking critical pages

03

Testing and quality assurance

  • Cross-browser testing on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
  • Desktop, tablet, and mobile responsive checks
  • Accessibility testing for WCAG compliance
  • Page speed tests with slow-loading issues resolved
  • Images, scripts, and stylesheets optimized

04

Security measures

  • SSL configuration tested and certificate expiration verified
  • Mixed content scan for HTTP assets on HTTPS pages
  • Platform and any plugins confirmed up to date

05

Analytics and tracking

  • Analytics script installed and validated
  • Goal tracking tested for form submissions and page views
  • Tag manager triggers and tags verified
  • Heatmaps or session recording enabled where required

06

Content validation

  • Internal links resolve to the correct pages
  • External links open in a new tab and are not broken

07

Post go-live preparation

  • Staging password protection removed after deployment
  • CDN caches purged so users see the current version
  • Load handling checked for high-traffic sites
  • Form and subscription email notifications tested

08

Post go-live monitoring

  • Uptime monitoring in place
  • Error logs reviewed for anomalies
  • Early feedback gathered from key stakeholders
  • Traffic and behavior monitored for unexpected dips or spikes
  • Post-launch review within the first week, with fixes and optimizations queued

Every task carried a named owner and a status, so launch readiness was reviewed as evidence rather than opinion. A full sanitized copy is available on request.

How this connects

One foundation feeding data, forms, and AI enablement

The rebuilt web platform was not a standalone launch. It became the front door for lead capture, the source of clean engagement data, and the entry point for secure form routing.

Customer data

Clean engagement data for the CDP

Consistent analytics, tagging, and page structure across all seven sites gave the customer data platform trustworthy web engagement signals to unify with Salesforce and Marketo records, which is what made audience segmentation and lead prioritization possible.

Website forms

Governed capture and secure routing

Standardized forms on the new platform feed the integration that routes HR and general submissions into separate ticketing workflows, protecting sensitive employee and PII data instead of relying on email.

AI enablement

A foundation the AI strategy could build on

With publishing, governance, and measurement in place, the same foundation supported AI-assisted segmentation, buying-group intelligence, and faster campaign activation rather than another one-off tool.
